Technician/ProgrammerExperience

Hello, I am Christina Ibrahim. I am the technician, programmer, designer, and owner of Access Technical Services. I am CompTIA A+ certified, which is the industry standard for computer support professionals.

I have been working in the field of computer support for almost eight years. In this time, I have worked with cutting edge technology such as configuration of wireless systems, engineering of web-based applications, and implementation of progressive software solutions. Excelling in both hardware repair and software development, my skills are highly valued in today’s competitive market.

I worked as a computer technician and district webmaster for the State of Florida from 2000 to 2007. During my seven years of employment, I was promoted five times. My title upon leaving the state was "Lead Computer Systems Analyst", and I was responsible for supporting over 500 computers spread out among five counties. This was the highest title in Information Technology that was available at the district level.

In 2002, I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in Estero, Florida. During the graduation ceremony, I was awarded the prestigious title of Magna Cum Laude and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. I am currently working on another degree in Graphic Design at Southwest Florida College.

In 2003, I started a business working on residential computers and creating websites for local businesses. I was running this business in addition to working full time for the State of Florida. Now I can devote myself, full-time, to achieving my vision for Access Technical Services. One day, residents and fellow business owners in Southwest Florida will recognize the name Access Technical Services, and they will associate this name with quality computer service and professional web designs.
